During the Spring months (March, April, May) and the Fall months (September, October, November) the weather cools down from the roasting Summer months, yet remains warm enough for a beautiful outdoor wedding. With highs averaging around the 80's and lows in the 50's you'll find plenty of warm, sunny weather during these months.
Of course, if you prefer something a bit cooler, the traditional Winter months (December, January, February) can oblige. With highs in the upper 50's and lows in the 40's you'll still find some beautiful gentle weather. Just don't book your ceremony at night. The desert in winter can drop to very low temperatures.
What to Avoid
The time that most people avoid is the traditional Summer months (June, July, August) for their outdoor wedding in Las Vegas. The temperature here averages above 100 degrees during these months. Most people find this to be a little too hot for an outdoor wedding.
