Las vegas marriage license information

You must obtain your Marriage License in person at the Marriage License Bureau in the Regional Justice Center: 201 Clark Avenue. Both parties must be present. They are open Every Day from 8:00 a.m. to Midnight. The application requires a cash fee. There is no waiting period and no blood test is required.

If you are 18 years of age or older, you will need identification in the form of a driver's license, certified copy of your birth certificate, your passport, or military ID.

If you are 16 or 17 years of age, parental consent is required by having a parent present with you. The Bride and Groom are required to have original birth certificates, and the parents must have ID. For more information call or contact the Marriage Bureau.
